Teaching your client how to heal their inner child can be a powerful and transformative journey that can help them heal past wounds and traumas, increase self-awareness and self-love, and live a more fulfilling life. By understanding the role of the inner child, identifying wounds, and practicing healing techniques, they can release negative beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. Cultivating self-love, forgiveness, and healthy relationships can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

  3. Recognize the signs of Inner Child wounds.
  4. Learn re-parenting skills.
  5. Learn how to maintain an ongoing Inner Child healing practice.
