What are the Mind/Body approaches, such as Yoga, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Breathwork, and when are they appropriate for use? Participants will 1) gain an introductory understanding of various Mind/Body approaches; 2) gain a basic understanding of Mind/Body techniques; 3) practice Mind/Body techniques for personal use; and 4) obtain information on and discuss how Mind/Body techniques can be integrated into clinical practice. The workshop will have experiential activities, didactic teaching, and discussion.
