The Internal Family Systems Model, developed by Richard C. Schwartz, PhD in the early 1980s, is a modern iteration of universal wisdom. The model offers a clear, non-pathologizing, and empowering view of individuals' emotional, cognitive and behavioral worlds. This client centered approach allows for deep healing and transformative growth.
