I work with adults to facilitate a greater sense of well-being using body-mind and cognitive- behavioral therapies. Outcomes include greater self-acceptance, increased life energy, enhanced skills to manage anxiety, improved communication with loved ones, and healing from trauma and loss. I have special training and experience in the treatment of trauma, substance abuse and in serving the gay,lesbian,and bisexual community.
