With over 30 years of experience, I have a deep appreciation of every person's potential for health and change. Therapy is tailored to meet the goals set by each individual, whether that goal involves a process of general self-reflection or entails specific problem-solving around difficult relationships, challenging life stages, building a more mutual marriage, or alleviating symptoms of emotional distress.
