I am looking to sublet out my office space in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. The building is controlled access with a receptionist and my office is on the 4th floor. Lovely natural light and decorated very zen. The pictures are not complete as I plan to add some plants and a wall mirror. There is a small fridge which I'm happy to share.
The days I'm using it are Tues/Wed/Thurs and bi weekly Monday afternoons only. This would leave you full day Fridays/Sat/Sun and then a full day bi weekly Mondays or Monday mornings only weekly if you'd like. I'm offering fair (really decent) rates at $60/day. I'd want you to sign a sublet agreement that goes month to month; rent would be expected at the first of every month.
